I have resolved cases involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, sex,  sexual orientation, race, age and handicap discrimination issues under Title VII, ADEA, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Connecticut human rights laws.

In addition I have resolved cases under state and federal wage and hour laws, employment contracts and severance agreements.
